Major fire in Umargam GIDC Company
Surat: A massive fire broke out in a company in Umargam GIDC area of Valsad district of Gujarat on Sunday. Fire engines have been deployed to extinguish the fire.
There is no news of any casualty in this incident yet. The fire spread due to the presence of huge quantity of chemicals in the company. The cause of the fire has not been known yet.
A fire incident took place at Bharat Resins Limited and Rajeev Garments located in Umargam GIDC area. This is the first major fire incident in the history of Umargam. The chemicals of this company got mixed into the roads and drains.
